Asus announces the new Xbox Ally X20 featuring an OLED display.
Asus has reached a milestone of 20 years in the gaming laptop market and recently launched the new Xbox Ally X ROG model. The Xbox Ally X20 ROG features minor design and user experience enhancements while retaining the familiar hardware foundation. Key updates include a premium display and a more effective processor.
What alterations have been made in the new laptop?
The modifications are quite noticeable. The device now features a fresh 7.4-inch OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a brightness of up to 1,400 nits. Additionally, there have been slight changes to the button layout, directional pad, and joysticks.

The Xbox Mode button now features green lighting to show when it’s in use, making it easily recognizable in real-time. Additionally, it is slightly larger and heavier, weighing 41 grams more than the standard Xbox Ally X ROG.
The laptop continues to feature the AMD Z2 Extreme processor, along with 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, with no alterations to its internal components. Additionally, the Xbox Ally X20 ROG is offered in a package with the ROG XReal R1, smart glasses designed for enhanced gaming experiences. These glasses create a virtual screen of up to 17.1 inches and a refresh rate of up to 240 Hz, offering an anchor mode for a more conventional gaming setup.
How much will it cost?
The pricing for the set has not been revealed in Brazil yet. In the United States, it is being sold for $849, approximately equivalent to R$4,900 in direct conversion. Asus has not confirmed the release date or availability of the model in the Brazilian market.
